Does aQayo support online tests or questionnaires?
Yes, aQayo enables you to prepare online screening tests for individual job requisitions. We are also developing a function which will enable you to create customized forms to be filled up by candidates. You can essentially load any information that is relevant to your selection process including attachments, videos, photos, email exchanges, etc.
How can aQayo be integrated with the company Intranet and website?
aQayo customers usually "plug" the system to their career website. We make sure that the look and feel of the career website is in line with their corporate website. aQayo also offers all its customers the possibility of creating a separate career website accessible to its employees to encourage referrals.
Additionally, information collected on aQayo can be extracted and loaded on any company intranet and ERP, such as SAP or Oracle. Similarly, we can also load data from previous applicant databases to the system seamlessly.
How many users can work at the same time?
There is no limitation to the number of users who can work in aQayo at the same time.
How much will it cost me to acquire a license for aQayo?
A license for the Standard aQayo Suite is SGD$88 per month per user.
What type of support will I receive and how?
As for any SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, the application is entirely online. We can easily assist you online using collaboration tools, supported if needed with technical assistance via telephone, e-mail and a link to ‘aQayo Support’ within the application itself.
Is aQayo available in any language other than English?
Users can input their notes and data in any any language characters (all UTF-8 characters).
In the "Admin" section of the application, users can choose various language versions, including Mandarin Chinese, Thai, English, Spanish and French. If you’d like us to add a specific language to our to-do list, please let us know and we can inform you as soon as this becomes available.
How does aQayo keep track of all the interactions?
With its superior features, aQayo keeps track of all interactions between your company and your candidates. All the outgoing and incoming emails will be automatically logged into the system, enabling you to have a log of your candidates answers and colleagues emails. Phone calls and meetings can also be logged easily.
Can there be different levels of authorization so that some of the users has restricted access?
Indeed! You can define different levels of authorization by yourself in just a few clicks, as well as which users you will attribute to each level.
Can I use aQayo to do Employee Appraisals
aQayo is a tool to support your selection and evaluations, enabling you to identify and hire the best talents in your industry. This tool therefore applies for both recruitment and appraisals and can be customized as such.
Will my data be protected and secured?
Login communications are protected using SSL and all databases are hosted in Singapore in a Fortress-like Security environment with:
- Round the clock surveillance
- 4 levels of security zones enhanced by electronic security system, which is centrally monitored at the security control room
- Computerised monitoring and control with motion detectors and CCTV cameras positioned at strategic points.
- Magnetic card readers with keypads for access into secured lobby and tenants' premises
- Emergency voice communication system
In addition, regular backups of all your data is maintained and may be retrieved at any time.
What are the system requirements for aQayo to run properly?
If hosted by our server, there is no specific requirement since we offer only SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. Users need a simple OTS PC with a web-browser (Internet Explorer 6 or 7; Firefox 2 or 3)
How can I access my aQayo account?
aQayo is easily accessible online from any location worldwide via the Internet. You can login to your user account by going to the aQayo website (www.aqayo.com) and clicking on the "Customer Login" link.
